We do not rely on a single delivery partner. To guarantee the fastest arrival, your order is automatically assigned to the best courier service operating in your area:

📦 Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your package is picked up by the assigned courier:

  1. SMS & Email Notification: You will receive a tracking link along with your unique Tracking ID.

  2. Real-Time Updates: Click your tracking link at any time to check the exact location of your package.

  3. Delivery Attempt: The courier agent will attempt delivery up to 2 times. Please ensure your phone number is active and accessible so the rider can contact you upon arrival.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Guidelines

  • Verification: First-time Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a quick WhatsApp or phone verification prior to dispatch.

  • Inspect Upon Receipt: For package security, courier riders are restricted from opening sealed parcels before payment collection. If you have any concerns regarding your order content after opening, contact our customer care team immediately.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

The courier will contact you to reschedule. If delivery fails after two attempts, the parcel will return to our center. Contact us directly to arrange a re-dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are supported within 3 hours of order placement before handover to the courier. Reach out to our customer support team immediately to update details.
